Brenda Gentry I was Bruce in the past.
I will almost guarantee this building was originally the Nesbitt’s Bottling plant. They made an orange soda. In 1961, the bottler was gone from there, and my father leased the building to open a garage- Alignment Specialty Co. The official address was 206 West New st., but once he moved out of that building it became an office building and expanded. There was a Tudor house on the corner of Shelby and New streets, it was torn down in the 70s to allow the expansion. Brenda Gentry, Syracuse, New York
Good information. Thank you! When I was in the Air Force, I had my Russian language training at Skytop, just outside Syracuse. That ski area is gone now.
