This building’s been a lot of different businesses. In 1997, it was Jay’s. It’s on Market Street, a little over a block west of Broad Street.

Jay’s was there in the early 70’s and before ran by Jay I. Reed
I think he had a restaurant later in the old Rialto Theatre building on Cherokee Street. Appreciate the information!
